Bangkok, Thailand (December 2005) - The Print Town Group received a bronze medal in the recently concluded Asian Print Awards, the only printer from the Philippines to be recognized in the prestigious annual competition.

“This award just shows the hard work that Print Town employees put in to service our customers and give them world-class quality print products that sell well on the newsstands,” says Dennis Valdes, Executive Vice President of the Print Town Group.

On its third year, the Asian Print Awards continues to raise the standards and promote the achievements of Asian printers. This year, judges had to select the best from more than 1,200 entries from 18 countries.

The winning entry in the sheetfed category is the Philippine edition of EVO, an upscale UK-based monthly automobile magazine that Print Town's commercial printing arm, Lexmedia Digital Corp., prints on behalf of EVO's publisher, C! Publishing Inc.

This is the second consecutive year that the judges from the Asian Print Awards panel recognized Print Town for its world-class quality. In 2004, when its commercial printing division was only in its first year of operations, Print Town received an award for web offset printing.

Print Town is the largest commercial and newspaper printer in the country. FEP Printing Corporation, Alliance Media Printing Inc. and Lexmedia Digital Corporation form the Print Town group. With printing facilities in Makati, Laguna, Cebu and Davao, Print Town services publishers such as Philippine Daily Inquirer Inc., Dow Jones Inc., and
