When advertisers deliver ad files through our Digital Ad Distribution System, we first perform a preflight check for production readiness. No content will be delivered to the publisher unless the elements are complete and conform to specifications with regards to resolution, color space, font usage, etc. It is only if the files pass scrutiny that we allow it to proceed to your publication.
While advertisers must submit PDF's into system, we can export these files to a variety of formats to ensure compatibility with your pagination and layout software. We also presently have a copydot scanner to which you can outsource your film digitisation requirements.
LexMedia Digital also offers technical support and tracking service to keep you informed of the status of delivered ads for your publication. We also provide a color profiling service to assist in the creation of ICC profiles that you can provide to advertisers to assist in their color proofing.
