At a maximum speed of 8,000 books per hour, Print Town's KOLBUS binding line accelerates your perfect binding needs. Signature gathering, hot-melting gluing, cover feeding and three-knife trimming are all done in one pass with this first of its kind system in the Philippines.

For your wire-stitched bindery needs, an automatic MULLER-MARTINI saddle stitching line will also gather, stitch and trim at the same speed as the KOLBUS. Both lines can assemble books up to 12 signatures thick automatically. Customers requiring book sewing will have jobs assembled by an ASTER Sewing machine fed by a 20-station KOLBUS gathering and stacking line.
